Our Solution

Chiron led the architectural design and industrialization of the AI system, building an end-to-end infrastructure to orchestrate models, data, and services.
LoRA was introduced to optimize the fine-tuning of image-generation models, with automated Airflow pipelines for training and deployment. The infrastructure was standardized on GCP with Terraform and Kubernetes, integrating ComfyUI and FastAPI for advanced tasks and centralized control. Model management was optimized with PyTorch and versioning workflows on Google Cloud Storage.

Results

The new system reduced deployment time from days to just a few hours, enabling parallel management of multiple models and projects. Makeitreal transformed its AI from an experimental lab environment into an industrial, scalable platform ready for the international market, solidifying its position as a technological hub in the field of Generative AI applied to fashion.
