Industrialization and scalability of a SaaS platform based on knowledge graphs

Our Solution

Chiron led the industrialization of the platform by designing a cloud-native architecture on AWS with EKS orchestration and automated provisioning through Terraform. Neo4j was integrated as the graph database, optimized for complex queries and multidimensional relationships. Data integration pipelines, centralized monitoring systems, and CI/CD DevOps practices were implemented to ensure fast and secure releases.

Results

Matilde evolved into a fully containerized, reliable, and production-ready platform. Automation reduced operational costs while improving performance and traceability. This allowed Intellico to strengthen its expertise in hybrid cloud infrastructures and transform Matilde into a solid, scalable SaaS solution that seamlessly integrates with complex enterprise ecosystems.

Starting Point

Intellico, a technology and data intelligence consulting firm, had developed “Matilde,” a Proof of Concept designed to manage complex relationships between companies, projects, and competencies through knowledge graphs. The challenge was to transform the PoC into a secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform capable of handling large volumes of data in enterprise environments.
