Strategic consulting

It typically sits in the pre-sales phase, before a project takes shape. The starting point is always documentation provided by the client: available inputs, desired outputs, and what has already been built in terms of skills, code and product.

From there we define the direction: what it takes to reach the next stage, or what needs correcting in what already exists, both on the software development side and on the regulatory one, as with AI Act and GDPR compliance.

If the company already has the skills to continue on its own, the work ends with the recommendation. If development support is needed, the consulting flows into a project proper. Requested as a standalone service it is paid; when it is part of a project it is included.

Vertical technical training

Programmes built on the team’s real technical context, not generalist courses. The syllabus is defined from the stack in use and the product objectives.

Where the number of people to train justifies it, training can also be structured within public grants and funding schemes. It is something we assess together on a call.
