The technical core

This is the part of the group that builds: data and AI architects, AI/ML engineers, and the DevOps skills that take the work into production. Every skill joins the group only after a demanding selection process, and the three areas stay distinct while constantly informing each other inside a project.

Around the technical core

An artificial intelligence project does not end with code that works. Around the technical core sit a commercial function and a legal one, and neither is an administrative step.

The first gathers the business objectives and remains the reference point once development has started, so the priorities that justified the investment are not lost along the way.
