Chiron builds end-to-end artificial intelligence projects for companies that have already identified the problem to solve. Alongside custom development, it supports companies at the pre-sales stage with consulting that starts from the real state of the product and sets out what it needs in order to evolve.
Projects almost always draw on the same combination of disciplines, in different proportions each time: data to collect, integrate and structure; models to train, validate and maintain over time; infrastructure that has to carry production load without interruption. Holding the three together is what separates a prototype that works in a demo from a system that survives daily operation.
In practice that means one contractual and technical counterpart instead of several vendors to coordinate, on engagements averaging 3 to 12 months.
When it makes sense to talk to us
The right moment comes when the problem is already defined and you need someone to take it into production rather than study it further. Or when the project touches data, models and infrastructure at once, and coordinating three separate vendors costs more than the project itself.
We work with companies that have a measurable business objective and one person inside following the project. A structured technical department is not required: what is required is that someone on your side can say what the system has to change.
