Make It Real
Virtual Try-On and AI image generation platform
Make It Real started from a very strong Virtual Try-On idea, but still at prototype stage: inconsistent quality, long generation times, no architecture designed to support a real eCommerce operation.
We built a production-ready VTO engine based on ComfyUI and Flux fine-tuning, exposed through FastAPI and deployed on Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. Around the engine we built an orchestrator for the image pipeline, with prompt enhancement, upscaling, inpainting and outpainting handled through CrewAI and Airflow, on a scalable multi-client architecture built on PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Google Cloud storage.
A VTO platform ready for fashion brands, with a fully automated image pipeline and management of clients, projects, assets and AI generations in a single system, now also used as an image and video platform for advertising and eCommerce. On the business side, Make It Real reduced photo shooting costs, gained a high-impact commercial demo, positioned itself as an AI company and closed a 500,000 euro fundraising round.
